Microstructure and mechanical properties of liquid–phase sintered W@NiFe composite powders

چکیده
W–Ni–Fe heavy alloys were obtained by liquid–phase sintering of W@NiFe composite powders. The face–centered cubic NiFe deposited as a shell on the core tungsten particle to form powders intermittently electrodeposition. After sintering, had more gradient morphology and shape distortion holding time increased. bending strength hardness distributed graded at 1470 °C for 0.5 h. Top layer h showed low W contiguity, no normal growth size high sintered density, which led excellent (1245 MPa) (340 HV 0.2 ). structure composition optimization process parameters analyzed discussed. behavior also investigated in details. • particles with structures prepared using presented distribution
